We stayed in September when there was not full occupancy, it would be very busy if the resort was full... but we had a great time...

The pool area is good. The room was spacious.
The WiFi networks was not up to desired level. The coverage was very limited and at some areas completely missing. The room didn't offer anything like coffee or water.

Not recommended, our holiday was ruined
Nice children's pool but for a child friendly hotel there are no parasols in the whole resort.
This place is advertised as a family friendly child orientated resort. We booked this hotel as it is advertised as the most quiet and luxurious in the resort. Yet this 'quiet' hotel took a whole week long party booking, starting every day after lunch with loud music and yound people cringe dancing by the pool. The night club operated from this 'quiet' building started at 12 am until 7am. The young party guest kept coming and going all night, they had rooms next to families with kids trying to have a sleep/holiday. Completely ridiculous, false advertising at its best to sell this place as a quiet family place for families with kids. Unfortunately the whole hotel was taken over by these party people day and night. Our holiday was ruined as we couldn't sleep from the noise at night and we could not enjoy the nice quiet pool by our accommodation due to the party being allowed to start there after lunch with a dj and loud music and people swirming around. Also the hotel says on their website that they cater for vegans. This is false again. Not only did they not have a single meal option for me more often than not, nothing else was labeled correctly. A nightmare for people with special diets or allergies. I would absolutely not recommend this place, I feel like we were let down. The managers did try and help but essentially they had a party booking for a few hundred guests in a family hotel with nighclub type events happening which they could do nothing about.
